Why Just Chili?

To make great chili that is both delicious and nutritious requires the freshest ingredients, with no additives or preservatives, and perfection in the preparation. The way we’ve combined these elements is what makes our chili Craft Chili.
Everywhere we lived over the years we looked for, but never found, the “one place” for great chili. When we moved to Columbus, a city known for its tailgating, outstanding food, and great restaurants, we had high hopes of finally finding that “one great chili place”.
After two years of searching we determined that Columbus was just as unsatisfying as everywhere else. Then when we saw that Columbus Monthly’s ‘Best Of’ edition didn’t even mention chili — let alone list it — we knew it was time . . . time to stop lookin’ and start cookin’!
Our four Craft Chili recipes: Classic Cubed Beef, White Chicken, Vegan and Coney Sauce, are more than enough to satisfy Columbus because they span the spectrum of dietary needs and please every palate!
Oh, and why do we say “Simply Amazing?” Because the most frequently heard word from people tasting our Craft Chili for the first time was, “Amazing!” They added, “excellent,” “the best,” “wow,” “what a clean taste”, “really great” . . . and on, and on. But, by far, the most frequent first word was “amazing!”
